Nayoung Jeong
Founder of Beauty Artist
Lead PMU, Brow & Lash Lead Artist & Educator
Being an independent, goal-driven woman, Nayoung has always dreamed of having her own business. Born and raised in South Korea, she grew up in a bustling society that valued aesthetics and emphasized beauty ideals. Her passion for art and makeup started at an early age. As a young girl, she always found herself drawing detailed lashes & eyebrows on face portraits and giving her classmates makeovers after school. She loved helping girls look their very best and boosting their self-confidence.
She wanted to uplift other women with her innate artistic talent and pursue her passion for beauty. She worked as a makeup artist and a beauty expert for 3 years at Lancôme, where she taught clients about makeup enhancements and skincare regimens.
In 2008, Nayoung moved to New York to further her career and worked as a freelance makeup artist primarily for bridal parties. She enrolled in the Esthetics program at Christine Valmy International School. She studied Image Consulting at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT). After graduating, she continued to further her education. She became a certified eyelash extensions technician and semi-permanent makeup artist in New York State. By perfecting her skill set, she was able to build her clientele rapidly and expand her business. In 2017, Nayoung opened Beauty Artist Studio, which has been her ultimate pride and joy. Her motto is to create an enticing, chic, relaxing atmosphere where women can take a break from their busy lives to pamper themselves in the city that never sleeps. Nayoung has built a strong rapport with her diverse clients and helped them maximize their looks while making them feel confident and comfortable in their skin.

Sabina is our Marketing & PR Manager. She has 10+ years of experience in Digital Media Marketing & Business Management for beautypreneurs. Sabina studied Strategic Design & Management at Parsons School of Design. After finishing her degree, she worked at several marketing agencies in New York City.
While working as a Digital Media Specialist, Sabina was introduced to the beauty industry by Nayoung, the founder of Beauty Artist Studio! Two of them became partners and opened a beauty studio in East Village until it closed in 2019.
Then, she moved on to open her own Digital Media Marketing & Business Management agency called Beau’Creator Co. for Beautypreneurs. She has helped & managed various beauty business owners to succeed in their field.
Sabina is also a licensed NYS cosmologist and Top Level brow & lash artist with 6+ years of experience and has built a strong (and some famous) clientele over the years. Some of her clients include actresses, power influencers, and other beauticians. Her clients trust her wholly, and most of the time, they come to take a good lash nap or chat with Sabina, and they walk out rested & flawless.
Sora Park
Lead Facialist / Lash Artist
"Glowing skin is not only about getting facials but also a well-balanced lifestyle." -SoraSora was born and raised in South Korea. She started her career in the beauty industry by joining the famous cosmetic brand, Origins at 19. Since then, she became an esthetician at prominent skincare spas in Gangnam, South Korea. The Gangnam District in Seoul is home to South Korea's wealthiest residents and famously the subject of PSY's international hit "Gangnam Style." Gangnam is often compared to Beverly Hills, CA for its exorbitant real-estate prices and wealthy residents. Streets of Gangnam is filled with plastic surgeons and high-end luxury spas to meet its clientele.
After several years of working in Korea, Sora decided that she's ready to perform her skills as a well-trained K-beauty skin care specialist in the United States. She moved to New York in 2009 and has been an esthetician for over 10 years. She has such gentle hands and good handling technique, clients cannot forget her touch and always return to her! Sora wants to help her clients live a healthy lifestyle, so they achieve silky skin.
In her downtime, Sora is a wine-lover who loves making aroma candles with her friends. She loved it so much that she founded her very own hand-mand all-natural aroma soap & candle company called "A.scent.ic." Check out her Instagram Account @a.scent.ic.
Essie Kim
Senior Lash Extensions Artist & Lash and Brow Styling Artist
Essie is a well-experienced Lash Artist with 10+ years of experience. She started her lash career in 2012 and has been an expert technician / a technician manager for 7+ years at Lash Forever Eyelash LLC.
As drawing has been her passion ever since she was a child, she studied both Fine Arts and Visual Communication Design at Hongik University, which is the most prestige Arts school in South Korea.
She is also an NYS licensed Cosmetologist and has a tattoo license. She joined the Beauty Artist Studio team to expand her passion and build her career in the beauty industry further.
"Beauty lets you be you, but the best version of you!" This is Essie's favorite quote, which aligns well with our studio's motto.
Beau Park
PMU, Lash Artist, Waxing Specialist, Tattoo Removal
Beau immigrated to the U.S. with her parents when she was just 3 months old. Her family established several nail salons in Long Island, NY.
Being exposed to the beauty industry at an early age, she naturally pursued her career as a professional nail technician for 20 years. She managed several stores and eventually owned and operated multiple nail salon businesses.
To advance her career in the beauty industry, she sold her business and became a licensed and certified permanent makeup artist in 2019. She took courses at Eye Design and Advanced PMU at Beauty Artist studio. She also took Nayoung’s 5-in-1 Brow & Lash Styling course, which made her realize many possibilities exist in the beauty industry.
This is why she decided to take a chance and expand her career here at the Beauty Artist studio. In her free time, she enjoys playing sports or listening to music.
Heather Park
Senior Lash Extensions Artist & Lash and Brow Styling Artist
Heather has 15+ years of experience in the Beauty industry. From a young age, she’s been interested in fashion and beauty.
After majoring in Beauty Design, she started her career as a makeup artist and specialist at MAC Korea.
Later she moved to NYC in 2011 to continue her pursuit of bringing out the beauty in others while working as a freelance makeup artist.
She enrolled in the Esthetic program at Christine Valmy International School.
In 2014, she started working as a lash extensions artist at JJ Eyelashes, NYC.
She completed a semi-permanent Makeup course in Seoul, South Korea, to further build upon her skill set. Additionally, she took Nayoung’s 5-in-1 Brow & Lash Styling course.
She is an NYC licensed Esthetician and has a tattoo license as well.
Heather is a mom to two young boys. Motherhood can be challenging at times but definitely fun and rewarding.
She understands we all face challenges in our daily lives and would like to bring out the charm and beauty in each of her clients.
She is excited and looks forward to continuing her career on the Beauty Artist Studio team.

Looking at the details and perfecting her craft are two main values of our artist. She specializes in Ombré Powder Brows, Lip Blush, and Eyeliner Tattoo.
She believes in the unique beauty of each individual. Her philosophy lies in bringing out one’s natural beauty, Lisa says “I love working with what’s already there and enhancing it to complement their natural beauty”
Lisa has a decorated background of certifications and education in Permanent Make Up (PMU) and holds a cosmetology license.
Fun fact, Lisa is a Virgo and has a major case of perfectionism!

Ann is an experienced esthetician with more than a decade of experience in the beauty industry. Born and raised in New York, Ann pursued a business degree before discovering her true passion for the art of beauty, which led her to become an esthetician.
Ann is known for her meticulous attention to detail and empathetic nature. Her perfectionism and dedication to her craft mean she provides each client with personalized and tailored care. She understands that every individual has unique skin and facial needs, and she works tirelessly to ensure that her clients feel rejuvenated and refreshed.
When Ann isn't working, she enjoys indulging in her passion for cooking, experimenting with new recipes, and creating delicious and healthy meals. Her love for good food is only matched by her appreciation for a fine glass of red wine, which she enjoys as a way to unwind and relax at the end of a long day.
